Cluster on issues of coordination and management of the ICP in Ukraine from the Strategic Advisory Group of the Cluster (SAG). This Group plays a key role in representing a wider circle of Cluster members in the context of the development and implementation of a humanitarian strategy in Ukraine.

Membership in the Group is an organizational, not an individual, commitment, confirmation that the participating organization will be able to take on the appropriate role according to the responsibilities of the Cluster, and will also be able to appoint an interim candidate if necessary.

The Cluster Coordination Team will consider all submitted applications according to the criteria specified in the Rules and Terms of Reference of the Cluster Strategic Advisory Group (attached). In the absence of applications, the Cluster coordinators will try to independently identify national NGOs that meet the minimum criteria and contact them.
