Our team

The composition of our volunteer group is very diverse and includes specialists from a wide variety of fields. This allows you to implement projects of any subject with high efficiency.


Yerokhin Oleksandr
Director and founder. Volunteer

Higher education, psychologist. In public and volunteer projects since 2014. In 2015, the “Heart of Ukraine” charity fund was created to support the Ukrainian military in the ATO-OOS zone. The fund provided thanks to donor funds and business income. The main areas of activity were: – purchase of medicines and medical instruments – tailoring of military uniforms and equipment.

The second project, a resourcehttps://wilni.org– including website creation and maintenance. The exhibition “Ukraine EXIST”, dedicated to the war in eastern Ukraine, was held in the UN building (New York, USA) in 2015. The project is actively working even now.

The third direction, volunteer, was formed in March 2022 and is aimed at helping displaced people and the needy in Kyiv and the region. Together with the public organization “Association of Sappers of Ukraine”.

Shcherbina Serhii
Volunteer, program coordinator

Professor of the department of management technologies of the University of Economics and Law “KROK”, doctor of philosophy in agricultural economics, associate professor. 1995 – 1996, consultant of CARGIL Corporation (USA). 1997 – 2000, director of the representative office of the Corporation for the Promotion of Farmer Movement and Agribusiness in Ukraine ACDI/VOCA, implemented more than 50 projects of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.

In 2004, he received a grant from the American government to conduct scientific research in the USA under the Fulbright Program at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. From 2007 to 2015, he worked as an associate professor of the Department of Economic Policy at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

Korma Tetyana
Volunteer, head of the volunteer unit

Starting in 2014, she started helping Ukrainian fighters in the East of Ukraine by joining the NGO “Women’s Hundred of Self-Defense of Chernihiv Region”.

In 2022, after evacuating with her children to the Lviv region, she actively joined the volunteer movement and took part in many volunteer initiatives to help the residents of the region and the military. In August 2022, she returned to Chernihiv and continued cooperation with various charitable foundations to help the affected population, communal and medical institutions of the city and region. Among the aid projects implemented:

  • cooperation with the international humanitarian organization Medicos del Mundo/Doctors of the World (aid to medical institutions of the region),
  • BF Stabilization Support Services, regional coordinator in Chernihiv region (BHA project, assistance to IDPs and war-affected population),
  • People in Need Ukraine (together with the Legal Development Network, as part of the SOS Ukraine initiative),
  • MedicalHelpUkraine (Latvia) assistance to medical institutions,
  • NGO “Airlight” and the Union of Sappers of Ukraine (aid to civilians affected by the invasion of Russian troops),
  • BF Tavi draugi (Latvia) – implementation of several projects of assistance to medical and communal facilities of the region, children’s boarding schools, civilian population and military,
  • by the volunteer organization DREAM UKRAINE (assistance to IDPs and vulnerable population groups),
  • BO “BF “Fortechny” m. Kropyvnytskyi. Provided assistance to medical and social institutions of the city and region in providing electrical equipment,
  • BO Ukraine Alive 2022 (aid to medical institutions and the military),
  • RAZOM for UKRAINE (assistance to military units),
  • Chernihiv public committee for the protection of human rights (help to IDPs and civilians in a difficult situation), etc.

Included in the coordination headquarters of volunteers at the Chernihiv Military Administration. Has well-established cooperation with communities and authorities of the region, medical institutions.

In charity and volunteer projects since 2014. Actively participated in volunteer programs of the Heart of Ukraine Charitable Foundation created in 2015, which provided assistance to units of the Ukrainian army and war victims.

From May 2022, active participation in humanitarian aid programs within the framework of the projects of the Association of Sappers of Ukraine and NGO “Airlight” for vulnerable categories of citizens affected by the war – wounded, affected by military events.

On a volunteer basis, assistance was provided to 159 families of wounded civilians, 230 beneficiaries – other vulnerable categories.

Since January 2018: Participation in the international NGO project “Agro-ecological certification of Kyiv region”. Member of the subgroup – ecological aspects of rural development. January – November 2022: Expert on humanitarian issues of the Airlight NGO. Responsible for the distribution of educational materials on the implementation of long-term solutions of the UN humanitarian response. June – December 2022: Humanitarian worker of the NGO “Association of Sappers of Ukraine” (ASU). Responsible for the search and systematization of information on Ukrainian citizens affected by the military armed conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, the ASU project from the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
