We have a great desire to join the Collaborative Cash Delivery Network (CCD) community, given our previous experience with vouchers and individual cash assistance in various UN humanitarian programs. Read more about our experience >>>.
Collaborative Cash Delivery Network (CCD), the largest NGO network in last-mile cash and voucher assistance, collaborates for improved humanitarian impact. In response to the Ukraine crisis, CCD introduced a new collaboration model to provide shared technical services to NGOs and the broader cash ecosystem. The Ukraine Shared Services team aims to enhance agency responses and the wider cash ecosystem by addressing common challenges, improving operational coordination, and sharing expertise in social protection, data interoperability, and localisation.

CCD members deliver 80% of “last mile” cash assistance globally. These 14 NGOs manage $2.2B of humanitarian cash assistance annually. Members bring together cash actors into adaptive partnerships to deliver timely and impactful assistance to people affected by crises.
Under the DEC-funded Collective Initiatives program, CCD and R2P are partnering to create a dedicated Community of Practice (CoP) for local CSOs involved in CVA programming. The CoP aims to provide a secure platform for discussing CVA programming, clarifying humanitarian coordination complexities, promoting the active role of LCSOs, and connecting members to training and funding opportunities. Facilitated in the local language by the CCD Local Coordinator at R2P, in collaboration with the CCD Localisation Advisor, the CoP is anticipated to enhance members’ cash technical capacity, facilitate information exchange, and encourage collaboration. This registration form is intended for enrolling in the dedicated facilitated CoP for local CSOs in Ukraine.
Since 2015, the “Heart of Ukraine” Charitable Foundation has been providing charitable (humanitarian) aid to civilians affected by Russian aggression, in various forms, thanks to donations and business funds. In 2022, a volunteer network was created to collect and provide humanitarian aid in kind – food kits and means of subsistence, sanitary and hygienic kits, medical devices. During the whole of 2022, the volunteer network of BF “Heart of Ukraine” consisting of 10 activists participated in 4 humanitarian aid projects within the framework of the NGO “Association of sappers of Ukraine” and NGO Airlight as co-implementers. These programs were sponsored by the UN.
